- Since our establishment in 1952, Gallagher-Kaiser (GK) is proud to remain a privately owned company with a distinguished history of expertise within the industrial process industry. Over our 70 year history, we’ve steadily grown to become the world's top paint finishing supplier. Today, GK is a vertically integrated, turn-key supplier of industrial systems, custom HVAC, mechanical systems, controls and electrical power distribution. Since mastering paint finishing, the GK enterprise has expanded to include several divisions and companies; GK de Mexico, GK Canada, Universal Piping Industries (UPI), Kais-AIR and Commerce Controls Incorporated (CCI). Together, our team provides everything from turnkey paint shops to water treatment plants, to modular air handling equipment for battery or chip manufacturing to data centers and more. The Gallagher-Kaiser (GK) enterprise maintains over 1 million square feet of facilities throughout North America, including the most advanced sheet metal fabrication campus in the U.S.
