Yuko graduated from the University of Michigan with a Chemical Engineering degree prior to starting her career at Toyota R&D in 2003.
At Toyota, she started off as a paint design engineer before transferring to the materials development group, with focus on body primers.
After completion of an international assignment on 2011, Yuko then expanded into the high viscosity development area.
Currently, she works as the Senior Engineering Manager of the materials development group that focuses on the localization and development of body paint, pretreatment and electrocoat, and high viscosity materials.

Matthew Sikowski is a Director of Engineering at FANUC America Corporation focused on the development of robotic paint and dispense applications and processes within automotive paint shops. Spending the majority of his career in the paint industry, he has experienced the full life cycle of robotic automation from development, quoting, product launches, project acceptance, to the eventual replacement of the first robotic system he programmed. Although the automotive industry can be rigorous, it provided a personal benefit of experiencing many diverse and inspiring cultures across the globe.
